First of all, your symptoms will need two approaches, both medicine and therapies. You can start breathing exercises, inhale for few seconds, then keep the breath in for longer, then exhale over a longer time. You can also meditate. Physical exercise is must. However, additionally keeping away from stress factors will reduce anxiety. You have to continue the medications for few months and can stop depending on your symptoms. Please connect for more.

Hello, Tingling and numbness in the hands and legs can be linked to anxiety, as stress and panic attacks may cause hyperventilation, leading to reduced blood flow to extremities. However, since your blood tests and NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity) test are normal, other possibilities should be considered: 1. Vitamin Deficiencies: Low levels of B12, magnesium, or calcium can cause nerve-related symptoms. Consider checking your vitamin levels. 2. Poor Circulation: Prolonged sitting, lack of movement, or tight clothing may restrict blood flow. 3. Nerve Compression: Conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome or sciatica may contribute. 4. Electrolyte Imbalance: Ensure proper hydration and intake of potassium, sodium, and calcium. What You Can Do: Practice Deep Breathing & Relaxation Techniques to control anxiety-induced symptoms. Stay Active with regular stretching and light exercises. Maintain a Balanced Diet rich in essential vitamins and minerals. Limit Stimulants like caffeine and alcohol that may worsen anxiety. Regarding anxiety medication, its frequency and necessity depend on the severity of your symptoms. This requires a detailed evaluation and personalized treatment plan. I strongly recommend a consultation to determine the right approach for you. You can connect with me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further guidance.

I understand how worrying tingling and numbness can feel, especially when your tests are normal. The good news is that anxiety itself can cause these symptoms due to hyperventilation, nerve hypersensitivity, and muscle tension. What Can Help? ✔ Deep breathing (Inhale 4 sec – Hold 4 sec – Exhale 6 sec) ✔ Stay hydrated & check B12 levels ✔ Gentle stretching & movement ✔ Progressive muscle relaxation Since you’re already dealing with anxiety, it’s best to review your treatment plan to see if adjustments are needed. If symptoms persist or worsen, a psychiatric consultation can help tailor a solution for you. Feel free to book an online consultation with me for a detailed evaluation and guidance.
