Asked for Male, 35 Years

I am patient of depression., anxiety since 2002. I got married in 2015 after marriage, I had anxiety attack..for which doctor prescribed Nexito 10 mg. which had a side effects on my sex life like decreased libido and Ejaculation disorder..i took nexito for 2 and 1/2 year...i told doctor about side effects but rather than stop this medicine he low down the dose to 5mg and then 2.5 mg a day..but still above side effect persist...finally I stop to take nexito...is there no option for nexito,
