Feeling that nothing is right and you getting disturbed by small issues which are causing you such distressing emotions can be due to an underlying stress in your life personal or professional. It seems you are very sensitive and need to learn how to handle your emotions better .You can try some deep breathing exercises and counting backwards when you are feeling angry , try and practice meditation as it helps clear the mind . You can also write a diary to see a more clear perspective of the situation you encounter daily .Try and talk to your close friends and trusted family members about the problems .
