I am 29 years female. My baby is 3 and half years old. I was 60 kg when my baby was delivered in 2014. But every year 1-2 kg of weight i gain. I am not having any thyroid issue or diabetes. I eat food in less amount and go for walk as well. Still my weight is not under control. Please guide me with some useful tips to reduce 10 kgs.

What is your height ? Take more roughages like vegetables, fruits, spourted gram and unrefined wheat instead of white rice.Avoid fatty foods. Hard work and exercises with strict dieting will help u to shed out more calories.
