this is the time you must be calm for your baby. your emotions will also have an influence on your baby. find out why you are getting angry. some counseling will help. dont take medications. do some meditations. listen to some good music ...some slow soothing music. too much sound creates startle reaction of the fetus. watch some comedy movies....not sad or violent films. read some books. go for a walk. take care of your diet. speak to family and friends. seek help if you are still depressed and angry. try and find out if you are anxious about giving birth to the baby and motherhood.

You haven't given adequate details to merit a diagnosis. Hormonal changes causing mood swings is very common in pregnancy. However this should not cause to behave in a way that can adversely affect your personal or professional life. If you are unable to manage, consult a Psychiatrist for help with anger management and dealing with stress. You can consult me for further management if required.
