I have a lot of anger issues since my high school but everyone thought it was a phase. I seemed to control it in the starting years of college but it seems to be getting more in the last one year. I have googled a lot of symptoms and signs of anger but I need to properly know what the issue is and how I can control it so as to not disrupt my life.

Ok I assume that you must have gone through various causes of getting angry...but see many times professional help is needed for accurate assessment as we lose objectivity while evaluating ourselves...Try to look for any ongoing stressors and try to solve them.... Exercise regular meals and sleep well...Yoga does help.. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case if problem continues..ok
