Better to consult ayurveda doctor nearby you who are specializing anorectal diseases. But take care you are not in the hands of fake doctors.
The doctor should examine the rectum properly. If needed suggest a colonoscopy. Then give an apt medicine.

Conservatively do sitz bath with detol twice daily and for further information and treatment you can consult me.
