Care AI Shimmer
Better to consult ayurveda doctor nearby you who are specializing anorectal diseases. But take care you are not in the hands of fake doctors. The doctor should examine the rectum properly. If needed suggest a colonoscopy. Then give an apt medicine.

This case has to be examined to give you the exact solution because anal diseases will be simple as a wound(fissure) to complex as any other disease. Reading this i can say that u may be having proctitis/ fissure/ initial stage of fistula, there may not be piles as such.. Conservatively do sitz bath with detol twice daily and for further information and treatment you can consult me.
