  4. Anal pain and itching. Is it piles?

Anal pain and itching
My anal pain and severe itching while pee.. tha small vein is swollen around anus and sometimes small blood sticks on pee.. i already used medicines for infectional issue (crotarax, cremmafin tonic).. after i used that medicines somes days i hav more relief but from 1 week again pain is coming.. is it piles?? Please help me
