Anal pain after stool passing.
I am having anal pain since yesterday. I can feel swelling in my anal area.  I am not able to sit due to pain. I can feel a lump inside anal area also. Facing constipation problem since one month. Kindly prescribe me any painkiller for temporary relief as I am already having constipation treatment.

Good Day dear. As per your clinical presentation..it's look like a Hemorrhoids..and that require proper treatment..not only pain killer or treatment for constipation... You need proper investigate about your Hemorrhoids..and other diseases of Anal canal. Please take Diclofenac 50 mg thrice a day..a consult with doctors for further diagnosis and better treatment.Thanks
