Anal stenosis after hemorrhoidectomy

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hi, It's been 4 weeks since my hemorrhoidectomy(piles) and I feel little pain during bowel moment(no blood). I went to doctor and he said scar tissue is forming and it's causing narrowing in anal canal. He inserted a tool(steel) which hurt a lot. I want to ask is this problem resolve on its own with time or should I keep going?

When multiple hemorrhoids are removed at single setting healing may result in anal stenosis which is said to be one of the complication of hemarrhoidectomy.use laxatives for 3-4 weeks .keep bowel habits regular.if still problem persists might require anal dilatation or relaxing incision
