The cause of your fissure in ano is constipation. The constipation part can be dealt with by increasing your water intake to 3 litres per day. Homoeopathic medicines will help ameliorate the pain. Follow these instructions so that the problem doesn't recur. Also consume lot of green leafy vegetables and fibre rich food. Avoid straining for stools. Sit in warm water tub for 15 minutes which is called a sitz bath. Avoid spicy food and green chillies.
