Anaemia due to PCOD

I'm going to be doing a blood test tomorrow to check my Haemoglobin levels. I've been told to check T3 T4 TSH. I just want to know what this test is. And I also want to know whether this test requires anything like fasting or no.

T3,T4,TSH are for thyroid, you are female so it may be ralated to your menstrual irregularities, weight loss or may be interfere with your pregnancy, i don't know your details so ignore pregnancy if you are a virgin
