Its difficult to reach a diagnosis with only this information but I would advise you to do a blood routine exam, thyroid profile, vit d and vit b12 levels. Also the following lifestyle changes could be of help: - Make sure to sleep atleast 8 hours at night - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga, meditation and sleep. - Have a well balanced diet which is rich in iron, protein, green leafy vegetables, vitamins, carbohydrates. Have less of carbohydrates as well. - Be careful with caffeine aim to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola just 1 or 2 times a day, above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance
