Again fever just after recovery

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I was having 1. mouth ulcer 2.upset stomach 3. low feaver 4.no taste in food I take medicine from doctor and recovered in 5 days After 4 days from recovery again i am having 1.upset stomach 2.black stools 3.no energy in body 4.low fever Then i take paracetamol and vitamin B complex capsules Please explain the cause ?
