  4. After fever weakness. What to do?

After fever weakness
I had a fever 4 days ago its around 100.2 ℃ and i took crocin tablets and its get controlled in 30 hours. but now i m feeling weakness its been 4 days i feel the same but no fever only weakness. little headache. blocked and sometimes running nose sour throat.i find food tasteless. what to do?
