After fever baby hand and neck have rash

My baby age 14 months he Got Fever last week after Given Calpol 2 days his fever got over but not His limb and his back neck small red pimple and rashes i am seeing and also he is so much sweaty on his full of head and his hand and feed are very much cold and wet kindly tell me what could be reason my mother says it might be typhoid symptoms kind
