Advise pls help
Age 38 old women recently delivered a bang 2.5 months back. Having pain in fingers, wrist and hand .. probably due to holding baby. Fingers feel stiff every morning after waking up and lasts for 20 mins and gets normal. Should I use hot compress or cold compress to reduce the pain. The pain started 35 days post delivery. Pls help and advise. Thanks
