Acute back pain(one side)
She has acute back pain on one side(left) with swelling. Not able to move. No physical accident/previous history. Immediate pain. Pls suggest remedy.

It should be muscular origin..it is in acute stage ..so do icing every 2 hrs ... not directly u can wrap ice in cloth or can use ice packs.. Kindly take rest or use lumbo sacral belt to minimise back activity.. Do not overbending activity No wieght lifting from floor Take otc analgesics for reduction of pain and inflammation.
Next Steps
7 day icing+ rest  + otc analgesic u should be fine in week

Always turn and then get up from bed Avoid hanging of leg in chair Try to sleep on stomach If ur mattress is not good or old then im mediately change it

Hi, Back pain without leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. consult ortho doctor.
