Acne scars
I have been under medication for my acne problem. Now that it is cured, there are leftover scars on my forehead from the acnes. How can I get rid of them or lighten them? I cannot afford a laser treatment for acne scars. Please suggest some other wayout.

Scars are formed because of fibrous threads that pull down your skin. These are in the second layer.  Best option is mnrf and frac co2 laser. If not, older methods like dermaroller, tca peels by a dermatologist will help to some extent.  But combining procedures give best outcome
Next Steps
online consultation with pics to grade ur scars. treatment varies accordingly
Health Tips
don't believe in creams that reduce scars. it's not effective. because the problem is not only on the surface but under the surface.
