Acne scar and pigmentation. Pinhole.

Hello sir, myself Jana... I had acne problem from past 10years...it's almost cleared 3yrs back, with small pimples hear and there ...it will appear and perish... intime...but the acne scarring problem has not been solved ...tried dermatologist for this ...he tried with ...dermaroller... results are minimal with over 12 sittings...again due to sun rays or collagen problem... or any other reason ... ...further to it had papular scars(chin area and traces on nose) problem...most of the dermatologist don't know about this and how to treat for effective results... I recently read an journal ...about papular scars..where they treated with pinhole.. eribium YAG laser... treatment to minimise the appearance of the papular scars and bring it to the normal skin surface...I am looking for the suggestions and tips from u to proceed further ,. Iam also looking for fillers for some deep scars...any suggestions and advice please
