It been using betnovate c on my face since a month and I think it's quite useful as it has really improved my face Should I continue ?

Please stop using betnovate ccream as it contains strong steroids which can cause serious side effects in the long run. Steroid induced acne, photosensitivity, rosacea, atrophy, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness etc to name a few side effects. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream by using some substitute as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid. Hence you are facing such a problem. STOP it.. will cause cancer on long term medication..Acne or pimples is due to oily skin..few hormonal changes also causes.. certain food items like ice-cream, chocolate, sweets also increases it.. For the treatment of acne or pimples we grade it depends on the type of skin lesions..As the treatment protocol varies depending on the grade..So, I definitely need photos of your face for proper diagnosis and treatment..Do online  direct consultation or meet me in my clinic for effective treatment stratergy..
