Despite following healthy diet and hygiene, I am facing severe pimples which have soft shiny tips, not puss filled, later bleeds, and leaves stubborn marks and scars in purple to black colour, highly seen on cheeks and highest in chin.

Hi
Looking at the history provided, seems like grade 2-3 acne with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It could be hormonal or sometimes due to oily skin or food and lifestyle habits. Would definitely need more thorough history to establish the actual cause and then plan a treatment accordingly. It would be best to plan an online consultation if possible.
Next Steps

Health Tips
Do not start any treatment with any advice that's available on social media like Instagram. ALWAYS refer to a good certified dermatologist for any skin and hair concerns.
Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Much more detailed medical history needs to be assessed before starting you on your personalised treatment plan
Kindly share a clear picture in good lighting of affected areas
• Features suggest moderate–severe inflammatory acne with nodular component rather than simple pus-filled pimples
• Bleeding lesions and purple–black marks indicate post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation with early scarring tendency
• Predominance on cheeks and chin raises possibility of hormonal influence and deeper skin inflammation
Next Steps
• Dermatology evaluation for grading of acne severity and scar risk assessment
• Identify aggravating factors (hormonal imbalance, stress, cosmetics, diet triggers)
• Early intervention is important to prevent permanent scars and persistent pigmentation
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution
• Avoid squeezing or picking lesions as it worsens scarring and pigmentation
• Use gentle, non-comedogenic skincare and strict sun protection
• Maintain consistency in skincare—acne of this type usually needs structured and supervised management

Avoid OTC products, home remedies, self medications and Dr Google's suggestions 🙏
Detailed history and clear images are required for correct diagnosis and treatment. There are many triggers for pimples. Healthy diet and hygiene are not enough to reduce pimples and their complications.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
