Acne like on baby cheeks
Hi,
My baby daughter is 3months old and since a month her cheeks are little rough and have this small acne like dots. Everything else is fine with her.

This looks like miliaria, it will settle on its own. Nothing to worry. Even if it is acne it can come and go and it will settle by 6 months of age
