Achieving Athletic fitness.
I am 18 year old. My height is 5'6" and weight is 66 kgs. I am a bit overweight. 7 months from now I will enroll myself in a cricket academy. After this 7 months I want to have an athletic body like Virat Kohli. Help me on gaining this Athletic body (speed, strength,endurance, power etc.) Proper diet and Exercise. I seriously want it. I am a vegetarian so would not take eggs. I would prefer running for long distances. Help me so that I could do my best in the academy from day one.
