My current fat percentage is 17.2 and weight is 53.2 with a BMI of 21 and height 160 cm My body tends to carry a extra fat in my chest and belly area I want my fat percentage between 6 to 13 which is standard for athletes.I need a proper suggestions and a perfect diet plan for fat loss
