About typhoid for male 25yrs. Me sir!

Yesterday got fever 101,and went to doc done tests , platelet 1.89lks,hb 14.8%,wbc 9000,rbc 5.2 million,bilirubin normal,widal o 160,h 80,he treat as Typhoid ,he given dolo , azithromycin 500,norflox 400mg ,yest I taken dolo 2tabs doctor advice me to take 2tabs because I'm 95kg weight  morning at 11am at that time temp is 101 and evening at 6pm is spike to 102 ,went to doctor he given paracetamol im injection after 3 hrs it come to 99,today mrng temp is 98 after 2hrs it is 100 ,taken dolo 2tabs, azithral, norflox 400mg,after 3 yrs it came 99,evening now it is 101 ,which medicine I have to use sir pls recommend ,is that widal test is correct or typhoidot igg&igm is correct ,how many it take to reduce the fever ,I'm preparing for competitive exams I'm not focus on my study air pls help me sir
