About rabies vaccine. Will protect me?

Dear sir/mem i am at my relative home..today i saw they were cutting raw meat with a knife and after some time they cut fruits and cucumber with the same knife without washing the knife with soap...so my tention is the raw meat that they were cutting with knife if that animal was rabid?? I mean if that animal was rabid whose raw meat was cut by knife and with that same knife the fruits and cucumber were cut and i ate it ....So now can i get rabies in future due to this incident???So now again i have to take booster or earlier doses will protect me??Please reply in details please not in short cut and help me...
