On the basis of your sign and symptom and treatment history of the anti Rabies vaccine that's you have taken before 15 years and now you have again bitten by rodent like cat so according to WHO guideline any rodent if bite the any human body then anti Rabies vaccine as a post exposure prophylaxis cause you have taken that vaccine before 15 years.
Next Steps
You should take now anti Rabies vaccine at 03,07, 14 ,21 and 28 th day as a post exposure prophylaxis of anti rabies vaccine.
