Most new born babies sleep all the time except when hungry until 3 months old. Premature babies can catch up with others at 2 years age. I don’t see anything grossly wrong.

This can be normal in a 32-week preterm baby, especially when considering corrected age. Many babies have day-night reversal and may stay awake for several hours at night. If feeding, weight gain, urine output, and activity are otherwise normal, observation is sufficient. Please discuss with your pediatrician if there is poor feeding, poor weight gain, excessive sleepiness, fever, or persistent irritability.
This is totally normal .
As baby needs time to develop a circadian rhythm.
but if she is asleep for more than 3 hours and not asking for feed then that part should be consulted with a Pediatrician.

Yes, this behavior is entirely normal for your baby.
Since she was born early at 32 weeks, her developmental or corrected age is only about 2 to 3 weeks old.
At this stage, newborns have an immature circadian rhythm and frequently experience day-night sleep reversal.
As long as she is happy, alert, and feeding well during her nighttime awake windows, she is doing fine.
You can help fix this by maximizing daylight and normal room noise during the day, while keeping nights pitch-dark and quiet.
I totally understand your concern. Before suggesting treatment, I would like to ask a few questions to ensure the correct management can be provided.
