My baby is 9 months old, and his sleep schedule is very disturbed. He wants to sleep at around 8-9 pm, wants comfort feeds aprrox every 1-1.5 hours and wakes up at 3-4 am. Then again sleeps in early morning 6-7 am.
If I try to make him awake till 10-11 pm then this cycle doesn't happen and he sleeps till morning(with wakeups for comfort feeds). But during this time(8-11pm) he remains very cranky and doesn't take dinner properly.
And If i give him snack around 5 pm then he doesn't take dinner properly around 8 pm.
What should be done for both dinner and sleep?

Usual pattern should be dinner at 7 pm night time milk feeds before bedtime 9-10 pm. Babies should be sleeping from 10 pm to 5 am Undisturbed. If the baby wakes up at night enough to feed water if he is bottle fed. Make this routine. Day time 5-6 am milk feed 8-9 am solid food 11 am milk feed. 1pm Solid food. 3 pm milk feed. 7 pm dinner. 3 times solid food 3-4 times milk feeds.
Next Steps
If you follow a routine pattern the baby may get adjusted. 10 pm to 5 am undisturbed sleep is a must. Later than 10 pm is not a good habit to sleep.
Greetings
Move dinner earlier to 5:00 or 5:30 PM so your baby has an appetite and is not too overtired to eat properly.Completely eliminate the 5:00 PM snack, as a 9-month-old only needs milk and three main solid meals spaced throughout the day.Stick to a consistent 7:00 to 8:00 PM bedtime rather than stretching awake windows to 10:00 PM, which makes them excessively cranky.Establish a clear distinction between feeding and sleeping by offering the final milk feed at least 30 minutes before laying him down.Gradually reduce the duration or volume of the hourly night milk to break the association of needing to feed to fall back asleep.Gently soothe him using patting or rocking during overnight awakenings to encourage independent self-soothing over habit-based comfort feeding
At this age, many babies wake frequently due to sleep association/comfort feeding. Avoid forcing baby to stay awake till 10–11 pm if he becomes cranky. Instead, try giving dinner a little earlier around 6:30–7:30 pm and keep bedtime routine calm and consistent. A light evening snack is okay, but avoid large feeds close to dinner. Gradually reduce comfort feeds at night and try soothing by patting/rocking first. Most babies improve gradually with a fixed routine.
