Last week I had my annual blood test...there my ALT(SGPT) level was 63...Am i prone to any sort of liver disease like fatty liver ?? or it normal...

u have to change diet with least oil n spices, best is vegitarian diet. BRICK WALK TWENTY MINUTE morning and evening.

You need to post the whole liver function test to get a proper opinion.
However given your height n weight, your BMI is on the higher side, which means having a fatty liver is not unlikely in your case.

1. Stop eating too much fat n oil containing foods . Avoid fast foods strictly.
2. If you are having pain abdomen or fever or any symptoms like an altered bowel habits ( which are quite likely , given that you have done a liver function test ) , go visit a nearby physician for thorough check up.
