Abdominal pain (Anal Fissure maybe)
My father aged 54 had a surgery for tongue cancer in december 2020...had a pnemothorax attack 20 days ago. Now he is fine with 94co2. Now he is suffering from abdominal pain without blood maybe its anal fissure. Applying pilorute and fidoanal 2 times. Having hipsbath twice. But its still the same. Now pain is after the toilet till 2 hours. Please help
