Hello
I was having chest pain and stomach pain two months back and I have done all the test like blood test, chest xray, USG and ecg and tmt. All of it came negative. I was having stomach pain, bloating on and off, gas. I was also sometimes constipated and I went to doctor, he has done upper endoscopy and it says I have hiatal hernia and antral gastritis. He has given me some medicine for that. From yesterday I was taking tablet before food. I still have stomach cramps like that of periods and I am scared it might be colorectal cancer. It seems that if we have lower stomach cramps, and constipation, it is colorectal cancer. Please help me, am very much worried...

Cramps doesn't mean it is due to cancer. May be you are overthinking. Need complete history and evaluation. Consult privately for complete evaluation and counseling.
