  4. Abdominal bloating. What should i do?

Abdominal bloating
I am experiencing slight swelling and bloating of abdominal area(above stomach). I sometimes feels tightening of that area muscle when I walk or do some work and find difficulties in breathing due to this. Kindly suggest what should I do?
