Please get a basic routine blood test done . Get your thyroid profile , lipid profile and blood sugar tested first. To avoid bloating follow a routine regarding your meals . Take light dinner before 8:00 pm and walk 15 to 20 minutes after dinner . This will help in digestion and it will avoid bloating , abdominal distension and weight gain. To reduce weight you have to follow dietary control . Please increase your protein and fibre intake , and reduce fat and carbohydrates . Walk 10 to 15 minutes after every meal . This will boost your metabolism ,prevent sugar spikes and help to reduce your weight. Follow sleep hygiene which means on a fixed time , not later than midnight and as early as 10: 00 to 11:00 pm if possible . Keep yourself off screen at night . This will help you sleep better . Take care and get your blood parameters and blood pressure checked. Wish you good health.
