H Hello, Since Thursday night my 3.6 yr old kid is a little warm . Temp noted axillary is max 98.7 den it comes down to 97.9 . Today it's 98.3... we didn't go be him any medicined. Is he having a fever? He had 2 episode of febrile seizures. Wanted to know if we she start medications for him

Temperature is normal..if it is > 100'F..u can start paracetamol...if high fever..need to search for cause...so visit nearby pediatrician..

watch for sudden increase in temp..sponging helps to bring temp down.
