7 month baby vomits and refuse to eat

My 7 month baby is not eating anything from 1 week, and is vomiting often 5-6 times a day. His weight has also dropped by 1.5 kg. Worried as he is not eating even 1 teaspoon. He was eating properly before 1 week, half a bowl of everything..

Dear Mother, Vomiting daily for 5-6 times a day continuously for 1week along with refusal of feeds requires medical attention. Does the child have any fever ? Are you using any medication for vomitings ? Is he also having any diarrhea of foul smelling stools ?
