6 month child hearing test

Asked for Male, 1 Years

Our child (baby boy) 6 month old and don't have the left ear from birth. Also we are not sure whether he is able to hear or not. Will you please help us how we will be sure on the above issue and also where I can consult doctor physically where we will get the better service within budget.

You child seem to be having condition known as anotia. There can be associated hearing loss which needs to be evaluated. There are few audiological tests your baby needs such as BERA, ASSR, and, OAE. these tests can tell. With good accuracy about hearing in your child. You need to consult nearby ENT specialist first for clinical examination of ear then audiological tests will be done
