5000-8000 steps
Sir presently weigh 95 kg with height 5feet 9 inch. I always go for morning walk with steps measuring between 5000-8000 steps and calories burning between 300-400 calories. Is it sufficient for my weight loss ??

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Hello dear user, First of you should know your IBW and BMI . According to your height and weight your BMI is 31 and IBW is 75 kg ,so you have to reduce around 20 kg from current weight. Only 5000 or 10000 steps will not help you for the same. You should follow a perfect customized diet plan according to your time and life schedule.

Gud  evening, how's your  eating habits is it on proper time n r u having atleast 4 meals in a whole day? Yes its sufficient but try to do as well some  other forms of  exercise like yoga or cardio work out sometimes for minimum  of 45 mins max 1hr per day early morning  time.hows your lifestyle routine of daily,pls share in detail.
