I am suffering from dry piles from 5 months, but from last 1 month i am taking ayurvedic medicine, and there is relief in pain, and little bit softness in mass. I just want to know that surgical is only option for this mass. and I don't want surgery because after surgery it comes again as reviews. I am totally depressed. help me to dissolve this mass
