Take a warm water sitz bath after passing stools.
Do this twice daily for 10–15 minutes.
Before going to toilet:

Take 2 teaspoons of ghee in one glass of warm milk or warm water.
For pain:
Take Tablet Dolo 650 mg if required

Start doing Sitz bath ( sitting in hot water for 10-15 mins after dinner) for 3 times a day . You can add betadine solution in the water , Sitz bath will help in reducing pain and inflammation and also maintain hygiene in anal region. Use Pilocid ointment in anal region after doing Sitz bath.
Add fiber in your diet , replace your dinner with salad . Try to add salad and fruits in your diet more.
Take plenty of water .
