I have been experiencing pain in my right testicle for the past month, and an ultrasound revealed an epididymal cyst (16x18 mm) in the right testicle and grade 1 varicocele on the left side. I am interested in ayurvedic treatment and would like to know how long it will take for a full recovery without any side effects. Please advise.

Your right-sided testicular pain due to an epididymal cyst (16x18 mm) and grade 1 varicocele on the left side suggests a Kapha-Vata imbalance with possible stagnation of fluids in the scrotal area. Ayurveda aims to reduce the cyst size, improve blood circulation, and relieve pain naturally.
Ayurvedic Treatment for Epididymal Cyst & Varicocele
1. Herbal Medicines
â Kanchanar Guggulu â 2 tablets twice daily to reduce cyst size and shrink abnormal growths.
â Varunadi Kwath â 20 ml twice daily to improve circulation and reduce fluid stagnation.
â Punarnava Churna â 1 tsp twice daily with warm water for inflammation and swelling reduction.
â Chandraprabha Vati â 2 tablets twice daily for urinary and reproductive health.
2. External Application
â Mahanarayan Taila â Massage lightly on the scrotal area for improved blood circulation.
â Castor Oil Pack â Apply warm castor oil over the affected area for 20 minutes daily to reduce cyst size.
3. Diet & Lifestyle Modifications
ð« Avoid: Heavy, oily, and spicy foods that can worsen Kapha imbalance.
â Eat: Light, easily digestible meals rich in antioxidants (fruits, leafy greens, sesame seeds).
â Stay Hydrated: Drink coconut water, barley water, and herbal teas (Triphala, Punarnava).
â Exercise & Yoga: Gentle stretching, Vajrasana, and Pawanmuktasana improve blood flow to the pelvic area.
