3 months old baby head
Hi Doctor, My 3 months old baby boy hit his back head on wooden door 1 hour ago. Still No crying, no dizziness, no swelling spotted. His behaviour is asusual. But we are worrying any complications will occur in future. Pls let me know is this ok or not :(

24 hours observe, if no problem then need not to worry Danger signs: not taking feeds, irritable or lethargic, seizures, bleeding from nose or ear

Observation is needed, if it's a mild one nothing to worry. Look for vomiting, drowsiness , refusal to feed, convulsions or abnormal movements
