1 month old baby has fever

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi my baby girl is 1 month old. And she is very weak from birth her weight is 2kg only. And since yesterday she was warm . Her head is warm. And armpit temperature is 99.7. So we gave 1 ml paracetamol drops. The fever was settled but today again fever . And yesterday she cried whole night in few minutes difference and didn't sleep even no fever that time. And spitting milk also twice thrice in a day. Sometime through nose too. She is breastfeeding only. What is the cause of fever. How can I help her. We are tensed

1 ml paracetamol drops is high dose for 1 month baby ,after each feeding burping for 15 - 2 0 mins required for passage gas and to prevent frequent spitting..for fever examination require ..if still hav doubts take take consultation with us.
