Hi team, My grandma is in her 80's and is suffering from knee pain from past years. She has been applying an Ayurvedic oil for massage but the results are not satisfactory, she cannot walk much as that induces pain in her knees would request you to suggest some preventive measures which can be taken considering her age.

Kindly visit a nearby physiotherapist and have IFT for her knee joint so that her pain is reduce and learn some exercises for her
