Yoga after ovarian drilling
Hi doctor...I have recently done my ovarian drilling on 09.12.2019...its been a month now...can I practice yoga ??I have doubt after how many months post surgery we can practice yoga Also my doctor advised to plan for a baby after two months that is from march month onwards till then they have provided my contraceptive pills is that right procedure ?? Or shall I plan for baby this month

When the doctor who operated you have advices you to avoid pregnancy for 2 month. Why do you really want to try for pregnancy in this month. More over the doctor who saw your uterus and ovary from inside is the best person to suggest regarding that. So I also would like to advice you to go ahead and concieve after a month.... Regarding Yoga. You can definately do it as your surgery is done 1 month before
