Yellow spot swell pain under thumb nail

Good Morning Sir/Maam Exactly Unaware of my injury( after cleaning Our kitchen) but started having slowly growing pain and swelling of thumb nail/finger. Within 2 days pain has shots up and finger Swollen and yellowish spot visible under thumb nail.with touching or slight pressure on the spot ,I can feel severe stabbing / pricking sensation. Have taken Teatanus injection 36 hours after injury and applied povidine solution on spot of injury. Sir/ Ma'am Kindly suggest remedy/ treatment if possible at home considering Covid scenario. Thanking you.
