Yellow finger nail tips

Asked for Male, 27 Years

My finger nail tips are turning yellow. What can be the reason. I recovered from malaria 2 months back. When I did an sonography for my stomach I had liver and spleen enlargement. Is there anything wrong with my organs. I am concerned. No pain in my stomach at the moment
