Yeast infection / thrush on penis

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi, I have had this yeast infections for over an year. Consulted a doctor earlier, he prescribed Zole-F. The ointment worked however it keeps coming back even if I apply it regularly for a week. It comes back when I stop applying the ointment. Is there an alternate medicine or dietary changes I can do to stop this. Any help would be appreciated.
