Doctor has diagnosed swelling in one nostril of my 1 year baby he snores while sleeping and sound comes from only one nostril as of it has cough and given xylokare p 1 drop 3 times,Coldman  ,defcort,azithral.Is it safe to give does it contain steroid .I have consulted 2 doctors and really very worried .Please help

Steroids for a few days is  perfectly ok. the child might be having adenoid hypertrophy.
